Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Experience, Terrible Mechanic. By far the worst experience I've had with a mechanic since I've owned a car. Absolutely no communication as to when the vehicle would possiblly be looked at or fixed. Multiple phone calls to find out the status met with "we haven't looked at it yet", "we're getting to it", "most likely it'll be tomorrow" and any other lame excuse you can think of. After a week and a half of getting the run around I finally asked for a specific time frame in which it would be finished. Rick told me I was an "impatient Yankee", to come pick up the truck and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your vehicle repairs. Timeliness, communcation skills and overall customer service are completely lacking at this shop. We'll certainly never do business again and I hope you find better luck somewhere else. My experience with this auto shop was a complete an utter waste of time.

The lady behind the counter always treats my wife and I like we are old friends. Prices are reasonable and service is fast. We have been bringing our cars here for years and have had much better and cheaper results than going to the chain stores.

My boyfriend and I went in to see how much it cost for an alignment. The girl behind The counter was extremely rude and tried to get us to buy tires we didn't need as soon as we walked in. A minute later my boyfriend saw a Corvette on the lift that extremely dirty and dusty and commented that it would be a nice car if it were cleaned and the man on the floor said in an angry voice "there's nothing f***ing wrong with that car son". After all that they still expected our business and for angry when we left! We'll pay the extra $20 it takes to get an alignment from a business that appreciates it's customers.
