Kelton Heat & Air

After leaving several voicemails with no response from their main office or George Kelton’s cell phone, I tried one last time to contact their office about at least acknowledging that they received my voicemails.....George Kelton personally called me and said after he listened to my voicemails about not receiving any contact from him or his business he told me verbatim “ I just got your voicemails and theirs nothing I can do for you now” and then hung up on me. I excepted more from him since we have been using him to service our units for 10+ years. I would give 0 stars is it was an option. I understand there are busy times of the year but you are a business and can at least call back a customer in a timely matter. He is unprofessional and disrespectful to their existing clients.
