From a renter's perspective - a completely unethical company that will charge you bogus fees when you move out.

Avoid like the plague.

My husband and I lease a condo that LRS manages, and it's definitely been a headache EVERY time we need to get in touch with them about something--every single one of the employees that we've had to contact regarding: seeing the property for the first time, resigning our lease, trying to schedule maintenance, etc--has either 1) not shown up for the appointment, 2) come at least 1/2 hour late, 3) came unannounced on an unscheduled day, or 4) given us the run-around.



Sure, they're pleasant on the phone, but they don't step it up beyond that. It's been a huge frustration trying to get basic things taken care of; for instance after it took a month to finally get them to schedule a company to remove the mold, they have yet to repaint the replaced sections of wall...and that was almost a year ago. A year!



The owners seem fine, but this property management company has the worst customer service, and they do not do the owners any service by ignoring major maintenance problems like our leaking washing machine that soaks the inside of the shed when it leaks.



I grew up with landlords as parents, and know what tenants (and owners!) deserve at the very least, in terms of promptness and attention to major maintenance problems and basic customer service. This company can't even provide that. Please, owners--even if you don't care about your tenants, think about the affect LRS' negligence has on your property--and don't hire this company.
