Serve All Plumbing

Shoddy work. Had to call Kevin back to fix the hole that he left in my closet with some kind of plastic shield that he half way covered the hole with. Haphazardously repaired the hole/left the shield when I specifically asked him to use the left over sheet rock to refill the hole. Plastic shield had to be taped into the closet, because, it keeps falling out with any negative pressure from other doors in the house opening and closing. Kevin did not seal the shower fixtures with calking so the water runs down behind the fixtures into the wall when it's used. My son noticed the leak in ceiling in the bathroom downstairs which was not there prior to Kevin coming out to install new fixtures. He was paid for his services, but, I felt that I was treated as a third rate customer as I don't feel that he would have done the same things in a more upscale community. I live rural, and, have humble means. However, I am still a paying customer at the end of the day. Very dissatisfied. I will surely call a true PROFESSIONAL regardless of the cost next time. So sorry I ever used Serve All Plumbing. If I have to go back and fix what he was supposed to have fixed on my own I could have paid my son to do a better job!!! I wish I could say what I really mean, but, I don't want to resort to vulgarities in this post. A disaster!! Just created a greater expense in the long run.
