Jiffy Lube

I took my 2001 Pontiac Montana Van in Sept between and October of 2005 to have the oil changed and my tires rotated. My Fiance' took it back in this Saturday, Feb.11th. to have the same thing done, but also to find out that the last crew that rotated my tires stripped the bolts. The current crew that you have there now had to go to another Auto Store to buy the part in which the Lock Nuts screw on to. They came back and realized that they needed a special tool to do this. My Fiance' was told to come back later on that afternoon and they would fix the problem. Keep in mind that it is raining and very cold and he had our son's with him. I got home from work and there was a message for him to bring the van back that evening. I called your store on South Blvd, and asked if it was okay to come back in the next day which was Sunday, and the young lady that I spoke with said yes.Well, my Fiance' took the van back around 10nish and there was no one there to fix it.
