AWESOME SERVICE!!! I would definitely use Ace Cargo Express again. The owner, Tony, was professional and quick to get things done. My shipment arrived safely and on time. Thank you Tony and team for your great service and your great personalities!!!

While the movers were very nice, this simply wasn't worth the money. It turned out that they were NOT insured. I thought it was until just after the move when I asked... once they disclosed that they damaged $3000.00 worth of Pottery Barn furniture. They would only send us a PB repair kit ($9), which was for small scratches, not major damage. Wouldn't even split the repair bill with me.



So steer clear if you want something professional. They didn't have enough blankets to protect the stuff. They don't wrap items, only stack.
