The location in Gainesville is having some issues with keeping their teachers...there is a huge turnover in staff, because of they way they are treated by management. Some families are leaving as well due to the turnover in teachers. The new management is clearly running the school into the ground, they are not very friendly, didn't greet us when we came in, the communication with the parents is absolutely terrible. I've heard from some of the teachers, they change their schedules without even communicating to them...and they even threaten to fire them when they try to call out sick. I have dropped off my child on many occasions and the teacher was out of ratio and the class was chaotic. I have also heard from teachers that some staff members observed other staff members handling children roughly and reported it to management and nothing was done...I chose to put my child somewhere else, So I definitely don't recommend this center, the management and running of this school is horrible.

We decided against allowing our infant son to attend this daycare based on a horrible track record of poor inspections by the state of Virginia. One of the most alarming is the failure to administer background checks on its employees before they are allowed to work in the business. This is just on of many.
