        Birthing Confidence provides childbirth education and postpartum support to new parents of multiples so you can enjoy every moment of your pregnancy, birth, and early months as much as possible. Using the Lamaze birth and parenthood fundamentals, Birthing Confidence seeks to give you and your partner courage and choice so you can have as safe, natural, and positive birth experience as possible. Pregnancies with multiples adds potential risks so it is important to know your options and intervention strategies in order to manage expectations and birth your children in the way that seems most comfortable and safe for you and your family. Even with increased risks, you have a right to know your options and to explore healthy birth practices: Letting labor begin on its own Walking, moving around, and changing positions during labor Having continuous support of a loved one, friend, and/or doula Avoiding interventions that are not medically necessary Avoiding giving birth on your back and following your body's urge to push Keeping mother and babies together Whether you are exploring a non-medicated birth, epidural, or cesarian, it's important is that you feel confident in your decision and excited about your birth. I want to help. And I'll be there after the birth. There is so much going on during pregnancy, we don't take too much time out to think about how things will be when we bring the two, three, or more babies home. Birthing Confidence provides postpartum support to new parents of multiples so Mom can heal, parents can bond, and a new normal can be created.
