        Big 3 Precision Products, located in Centralia, Ill., started as a small machine shop in a rural area halfway between Aviston and Albers, Ill., in 1970. The shop was in the middle of a barn lot in a milking parlor approximately 20 feet by 20 feet. The company soon moved to a facility in Germantown, Ill., which was three times the size of its original shop. Since this time, the company has grown from a five-man operation to one employing more than 150 people, and the plant's work area now totals more than 200,000 square feet. Big 3 Precision has expanded its job capabilities to include the implementation of a larger chrome plating area, the installation of additional CNC machines, increased fabricating facilities and additional metal stamping presses. Big 3 Precision incorporated another division, the Precision Rack Division. This Division (formerly known as Kingsley-Fisher) is a metal fabricating facility, which produces material handling racks for the automotive industry.

        treats employees like sh*t cou...

        treats employees like sh*t could have your arm hanging off it wouldnt matter they would tell you your fine and to get back to work. only get lunch no other breaks pay is ok could be better. and if you are hurt at work its either work it off or go to the hospital and then they will wait for you to get off light duty or whatever you were put on the fire you wonderful place i recommend no one should work there but hey that's my opinion
