Waffle House

If I,could give them less than one star I would. I called to place Togo order, the woman that answer the phone, was yelling, and then hung up on me. I called back and she rudely exclaim she concentrate my order, and rudely hung up Again. My boyfriend and I come to this waffle house every so often, and we tip very well. You guys definitely lost great guests. Learn some customer service.

MY husband and I had lunch at your restaurant yesterday. We had eaten there several times before and found it to be satisfactory . Yesterday's experience was quite different. It took a long time to get or food, they brought my husband before they brought my food. I had ordered bacon extra crispy, when they brought my food, there was no bacon so assumed the waitress would go back and get it. NO, she didn't. We couldn't even get any waitress t make eye contact with us. When I was a bout half way through my meal I summoned another waitress and told her that I had ordered bacon, she told my waitress and finally she brought some bacon to our booth, but it was not crispy at all. durin this time, they had given a man at the counter the wrong order and after he started eating it, he called them on it, they replaced his order with the correct one. It seemed if all the employees were having a difficult time knowing what they were doing. Also I had to kill flies the entire time, they were awful.
