Disgusting service. Management sucks. Waited an hour for a pizza and was told to leave.

On FaceBook, this was managements reply:
Hi how are you, I am "manager number 1" who actually happens to be one of the owners here. As to every story there is always 2 sides and I would like to explain mine as well. Before I start, let me just say tonight was the first night of Hanukkah and Christmas Eve which both fell out on Motzie Shabbas.....

What a completely fabricated response by "Manager 1". Instead of apologizing for the lack of service you and your staff failed to provide us last night, you blame my wife for her behavior? Really? Then finishing your megaliah with another lie that I apologized to your staff? Are you fucking kidding me? Admit it. You and your staff dropped the ball and messed up. Again and again.

Here are the facts. (1) We arrived well before the rush. In fact we were seated immediately (2) A table immediately next to us sat down 5 minutes after us who received their appetizers before our drinks. (3) They received their mains before 3 of the 4 appetizers arrived to our table plus they paid and left still before the missing pizza (4) Another party of 6 people sat down and 10 minutes later 2 pizzas for their table arrived. (5) Your staff kept saying "it's in the oven" and our repeated requests for a manager to speak to us was ignored.

Additionally, when I left the table I tried to find the waitress I found you instead. You asked if you can help and as soon as I mentioned the missing pizza you walked away and started helping someone else. Rude and disgusting.

Those are the facts. Like I said before, instead of apologizing you decided to blame the customer with complete bullshit and lies.

That is not how an owner or manager operates a restaurant or any other establishment that services the public. You should be ashamed of yourself. Blaming the customer and refusing to apologize.
