This was my first time every purchasing a vehicle and it was pretty amazing! I went out with my boyfriends family to find a car for me to get to work and back and came out with an even better car that shows my personality! When we got there it was the only car that was parked separately from the others— because it has just arrived recently! It was the perfect car for me and I’m happy with my costumer service with Steve A. He was very patient with us and very honest about the entire process.

So i saw online a nissan pathfinder that i was interested in and saw they closed at 6pm so i rushed over there (got there a lil after 5pm) i ended up seeing more selection of suvs than on website so was happy about that. I didnt feel rushed or Not once was there any pressure to buy certain vehicles considering they closed soon , he told me test drive whatever i liked which i did and than ended up leaving with expedition. The process was super fast and easy which i loved bc one thing i hate is sitting at a dealership half the day if not longer with back and forth. Im really glad i found this place and that they were able to get me into vehicle fast. I would recommend.

At Greg Chapman Motors in Cedar Park, TX I purchased a 2004 Chevy Suburban LT SUV. I must say, working with Salesman Angel Salgado was a fast, easy, and pleasant experience. Angel was very friendly, knowledgeable on the vehicles I desired to purchase, and as soon as I wanted to test drive my narrowed down choices, it was fast and I was able to quickly decide which vehicle met my family needs. At purchasing time, I believe it was about 45-mins max to write up the contract after doing a little numbers crunching and negotiation, the credit check, and money down. With my credit, I was able to get the SUV of my choice under $10,000 and a down payment of $1800 which was 2X lower than comparable automobile dealerships in the Austin metropolitan area that I had visited the day before for similar type SUVs. I would highly recommend this dealership, especially if your Experian credit score falls below 550 and you had previously been hurt by a prior vehicle repocession and or other possible negative credit factors that you might think disqualified you for the vehicle of your choice! I'm a military veteran, and I highly recommend this dealership for working people, families, Veterans.
