Cedar Park Appliance Repair

The only reason this place gets 1 star is because the website made me, I'd prefer to give negative stars!! Very dishonest people and will NEVER use them again. The $50service fee was put, that they "don't charge" if you use them to do the repair, was charged to my card before the technician even went out to my house. Then he explained how he's suppose to inflate the price to make it look like i got my $50 back. At least he was honest, but they contract him, he's not EMPLOYED by them! Receptionist wasn't friendly, and was very incompetant. She could not answer ANY questions I had, and was very uninterested in trying to find out the answer. I would highly recommend using someone else!! I called Pioneer Appliance in Leander, Tx and that lady was VERY knowledgeable and helpful.
