Needed a banjo bolt for a 1997 Civic. Called around to different salvage yards with no luck. When I called Fidel's they went and checked and informed me they had a 97 Civic! So l drove all the way there. No entry fee. Directed me where I needed to look. Found the car, found the part. With my own tools removed it and it fit perfectly on my car. They gave me a great price! I'll definitely be using Fidel's in the future

Went there for parts for my f250. No entry fee. Offered to help if I need it. last place I went charged am entry fee, wouldnt help, not allow a jack and wanted as much for rear springs as I paid new at austin spring.

Absolute waste of both time and energy. First they offer $200 for my car without telling me that I need to somehow text them pics then they waste my whole morning getting them these pics only to drop their offer to $150. When I try to lock down a time for them to pick up they rudely tell me to call someone else. I would give them negative five stars if I could. Take their own advice and with anyone else.
