Citi ATM

As you can see by the hours on this site, or various other sites, Citibank claims to be open until 2PM on Saturday. This is a lie. They think it's a funny joke to list this information, then be closed all day Saturday. When you go to the branch, you''l find the door locked, the lights off, and maybe a sign in the window saying that they are no longer open on Saturday (the branch in Castro Valley had a sign, and the branch in downtown Hayward didn't. I think they are probably secretly filming a candid camera video of all the customers walking up, pulling on the door, and getting no results. There was a steady stream of customers doing it when I was there. Of course, after noon on Saturday, you can pretty much forget about going to any other bank as a backup. Either Citibank doesn't care, or they aren't computer savy enough to realize that they have a website with posted hours. In 2016, do you want a bank that can't even handle listing bank hours on their website?
