These guys are not bad they seem to know their products but expensive service department. Total rating I would give four out of five stars.

This by far was the best experience that I have had in buying a new vehicle! The Johnson Hyundai dealership never pressured me in any way and were extremely accommodating when it came to viewing the inventory and answering all my questions. I have already recommended this dealership to family and friends. The entire process could not have been any easier or simpler. it was the fastest purchase I have ever been a part of from start to finish. I absolutely love my 2011 Genesis 4.6. This car has converted a BMW owner for sure!

I just had a great experience with the guys in the Service and Parts Dept. Ron and Ryan started out my experience by offering advice over the phone. When I came in there was no wait and they immediately had the needed parts to repair my car. As I was going to be traveling before the repair could be made, they covered my exposed door handle opening with painter's tape and worked with me on time frame and costs. I love my Azera and will drive out to Cary for ALL future service.

When I bought a Hyundai Elantra from Johnson Hyundai, I was very impressed with the service I recieved. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful- everything you want in a car sales person. When I first arrived to pick up my car, it was parked in the first spot for me and was beautifully cleaned and shiny and ready as promised. Everything was explained throughly and I felt so comfortable with the entire transaction. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a car! PM, Cary
