Import Motor Werks really does offer the Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Chapel Hill, and the surrounding Triangle areas a unique experience worth traveling for! Import Motor Werks was born October 1st, 2007 by an ambitious young man by the name of Jordan Russ. Starting as a one man show, we soon grew to accommodate our ever increasing customer base. Today, Import Motor Werks has 7 full time members. We certainly wouldnt have made it to this point had it not been for our wonderful clients! Most of our team consists of enthusiasts of the automotive industry. These are individuals who dont stop working when they clock out at the end of the day. They research new technologies, new products, and trends in the industry even in their off time. This being said, we really have an up-to-date sense of new tactics and product knowledge. This information can be used to educate our clients on new products and programs that are currently being offered. We proudly employee ASE Certified technicians! This means they have taken the extra steps to obtain this prestigious title. Finding a good auto repair facility is always a concern, especially when the unexpected occurs. One important thing to remember is to look for ASE certification. You will always receive the most accurate and honest evaluation of your vehicle from our ASE certified staff. In addition to our expert staff, we also use the highest quality parts on your services and repairs. We use only O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or what we feel is a better quality on your vehicle. This ensures proper fit, quality, and reliability. We stand behind the work we do with an incredible 30 month / 30,000 mile warranty on most parts AND labor *whichever occurs first. This means you can leave our facility with confidence that your investment is protected. Have a warranty on your vehicle?
