Frantz Automotive Center

I have been going to this Automotive Center since I relocated to Cary back in 1994. One thing has remained constant throughout those 15 years; the level of service I have received has always been pleasant & consistent every single time I crossed their door. Last week, 9/11, I took my 2005 Nissan Murano in for front brakes & Frantz was lower than "the other guy" in price; but more than that, Darryl told me I needed bearings as they were making an awful lot of noise. When I took it to the dealer on Saturday of the same week, after a rough start with the Service Coordinator, the tech discovered both sides needed replacing & my Extended Warranty would cover the estimated $800 cost to replace. My sincere thanks to Darryl for his knowledge & advice to me to pursue it as a covered part of my Power Train Warranty. I can't say enough good things about the character of the people Frantz employs & I will never go anywhere else. In a day when people are skeptical you can count on & trust them!

We've been taking our vehicles to Frantz Automotive for years for both regular service and the occassional repair. We have never once had a problem. The work is always completed on time, the prices are fair, they take the time to explain what is or isn't needed, and their customer service is exceptional. The customer waiting area is always clean and they even provide wireless internet so I can work while they work. I highly reccomend them.
