        Overall

        Don't bother calling because they will not show up. I called twice. The first time I called on Monday they told me they would be there Friday. Called that Friday and they acted like they had never heard of me. They told me they would get to me as soon as possible and would call before coming. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. Since then I have had two other people tell me they had the same experience. Bad for business. Call Sears Repair. They actually show up.
