Mason Electric

I used Mason Electric for a service upgrade and project I had going on at my residence. The initial estimate and meeting went fine. I then had trouble getting in touch with them prior to the scheduled work date. I had to get a third party involved to get a call back. I proceeded with the work as planned and all is now complete. I am giving 3 stars because I have a had some questions/issues since the work and cannot get a response after several attempts. Very disappointing. I expected more from this company.

I just had a new Generator installed for my home, not only did they give me a great price but had it fully installed within the week. As they were leaving they also offered to come by every fall to service it and make sure I was ready for winter. Fantastic, I couldn't be happier with their service.
