McDonald's

Stopped in for breakfast while out of town. Clean location. Fast and friendly service. Restrooms are well kept.

Ok I have gone here on a few different occasions and I have never been happy with the service or the quality of food.

I don't much care for McDonald's in the first place but I occasionally take my children as a treat.

I usually get a large soda which always tastes like mildew and I am never able to get past the first drink, I will generally swap to iced tea...which isn't that much better. On my last visit I asked for a complimentary cup of water, just to find out that they charged me for a regular soda. When I brought this to the attention of mgmt. I was told that I was charged for the cost of the cup.



Then there is the McNuggets which are always rock hard. When I ask if they will cook them fresh they act as if it is not their job. Then there is the never ending battle of getting some dipping sauce...



I will never again be going to this establishment. I understand that it is only fast food, but where is the common courtesy? For a multi-billion dollar company, I can't understand how they got there with the terrible customer service and the shotty food!
