Keller Oaks

I wish that there was the option to provide no star. Vicky Montero of US Residential group, who is the apartment manager, was extremely rude in my request to receive a list of my previous utilities statements. She lacked professionalism, customer service skills, and the willingness to assist me. I was yelled at, talked down to, and she wrote down the information for me, and then refused to give it to me. (Power trip?) I would recommend steering clear from keller oaks. The previous management was consistent, customer oriented, and overall excellent. How this woman became the apartment manager remains unknown to me, but ever since she was put in charge things have rapidly gone downhill.
