EcoFirst Pest Control

I am very happy with my Ecofirst Pest Control service done by John. I can't complement him enough on a job well done. He is an assett to EcoFirst. No more rodents! Horray!!!

I've had Ecofirst pest control for about a year now. I recently moved to Carrollton from out of state and had no idea what fire ants were. We had mounds all over our property and Ecofirst got rid of them within just a few day. We now have a seasonal maintenance plan with Ecofirst and the ants have stayed away. I have also been very impressed with how friendly the company's staff is and how quick Ecofirst will return if I ever see a fire ant mound return. These are quality people you can count on.

My bugs are gone and my technician is a great guy. Nice to have a bug man that takes pride in his work!

Since I have gotten pest control services with EcoFirst for my Dad, I have had the best results. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Signed up for a one year contract. Tech came out earlier than expected and sprayed the whole house, inside & out. We've seen a decrease in bug activity since there is still construction on our neighborhood. The biggest plus is no spiders!! They've been great so far and I'd recommend this company.

We've used ecofirst for about 8 months now and been very satisfied. We had horrible fire ants and a few spider problems (according to my wife). After one week, our fire ants were gone and I haven't seen them come back since beginning quarterly service. Our technician is friendly and professional and I just got off the phone with the gal that schedules our service who was exceptionally nice (which is the only reason I am taking the time to write this review). I know my wife has got three other families in our neighborhood to also recently get ecofirst's service. I highly recommend them.

Field sales organization... The intial sales agent did a nice pitch and said that they would come back and re-do work as necessary. I kept the service for two months and after four call backs and continuing to see spiders and ants, I had enough. I called to cancel, but got a follow up call asking to see if they could come back out. Once I re-iterated by desire to canceI, they reminded me of the cancellation fee. I asked to speak to a manager and since I felt the they did not honor good service due to the repeated call back. I was hoping to negotiate the cancellation fee. The agent said, it was taken care of... Was it ever, they charged me the fee + tax! Think twice before using EcoFirst Pest Service, you may be inviting an unwanted 'pest'!
