Basil's Cleaners

I took 2 dresses to Basils for hemming. They wanted to charge me to wash and iron. Too. When I said "no" their clerk said that charge would be adjusted off.

When I went back to pick up my dresses, the clerk tried to charge me a "minimum handling fee" which was the same charge as the original wash and iron fee that I declined.

I refused to pay this fee and the clerk tried to tell me she had the right to charge this fee because they send all alterations out.

Today, when I wanted to wear one of the dresses I discovered that one of the hems was done totally incorrectly, very short in the back, way too long in the front. When I called Basils to try to get this sorted out first the clerk hung up on me, and the 2nd time, she just did not answer the phone.
