Do not sign the contract!!! It releases them of any responsibility! The night before they began work Tim brings the contract over and says " it never happens". Well it does happen. They took out our A/C line. After many avoided calls and text message I asked for a copy of their insurance was told I needed to call the owner Larry. My insurance company State Farm told me it is their responsibility to fix it but Larry's response to that was " "State Farm doesn't run my company ". I told him about the "it never happens" comment and He replied "a judge would say that is hear say" so obviously he has previous experience with this! Very disappointed in American Pride Roofing!! Wish they would change their name!!! Terrible they can use it!
