        Overall

        We called ahead and set up to have them print some papers for us. Dropped everything off, then got a call that he couldn't do it. Something about not being able to print it from the type of document we had and it needed to be in a PDF file, and he was unable to save it that way. We brought him another jump drive where he again said he couldn't do it. When I asked if he could try it on another computer he got very insulted and explained to me that he was a professional and knew what he was doing. He was VERY rude to me. And...wouldn't you know, once he tried it on the new computer- he was able to print one of the documents. I don't know if it's just me but I would think before he called us to make a 2nd trip down, he would have exhausted all avenues. He could only print one of the two things we needed done so after the way he treated us, we decided we would NOT be using him. I couldn't believe the attitude and aggression he demonstrated. (especially when my suggestion worked). I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. The name of the man we worked with was VIC.
