River Oaks Honda

Our initial visit was very nice, but then there was a problem with the loan they had gotten for us and the true nature of this dealership came out. The manager along with a few employees i spoke with were very rude and not understanding in the least bit. At one point we discussed using attorneys to settle the dispute but they told us "we probably cant afford one" It was very offensive and I hope you will choose another dealership when considering a honda.

Don't purchase or recommend this dealership to family or friends. Was given an appointment with manager after being pre-approved over the phone. Arrived, manager didnd't know about appointment, given to another person, waited and waited, no approval! Complained, no response! They don't honor their commitment or promise. Waste of time.
