If I could give a zero I would have. I called made myself and my daughter an appointment for cleaning. Of course when I called to make the appointment I was asked the reason and I said cleaning. I get to the office as a new patient ( which they knew) and I'm filing out forms that say I agree to X-rays medicine exam so I didn't sign that form at which point I was told by the office manager it was required in order for me to have my cleaning. Long story short the x rays where done and I was told they had another patient so they could not clean my teeth. Unprofessional to the highest level. Service was terrible and the equipment that they use is so dated. This place is about getting money wherever it can with x rays and not about the health of your teeth.

If I could submit zero stars I would!!!!

I was a patient at this office back in February 2015. I needed a dental home and choose this office. Services that was provided was an exam, and a bridge. I was in dying need of a cleaning but was told I needed a deep tissue cleaning which sounded odd to me because I take care of my teeth and i was only a few months late on my routine clean. Because the bridge and exam maxed out my insurance I couldn't afford the 8 cavities that needed to be filled or the deep clean. I asked if I could have a regular cleaning for now and the dentist explained no because we would just be smearing dirt. Something about this didn't sit well with me so I left it alone and started my search for another office. In the meantime my boyfriend decided to try them out because his flex spending was expiring and he needed a cleaning as well. Sure enough the dentist advised him of the same thing a deep cleaning was needed against my better judgement my boyfriend received the cleaning and his mouth ached for 3 weeks badly he contacted the office they advised him to take Motrin. 8 months later After paying for another exam out of pocket (because this office didn't bill my insurance right) I learned that because there was no bone missing between my teeth and I didn't suffer from Periodontitis disease that it was not needed and if I had gone through with it my gums would hurt for weeks.

Long story short this particular office after your money if you don't need any real costly procedures and have good insurance that will pay it. Oh and it turns out I only have 3 cavities which make more sense seeing how I didn't have any 2 years ago

Overall

My first set of denture implants with Crossroads of America was perfect. I bragged about the quality of the implants, the cost and level of professionalism received. The second time around I decided to go for porcelain and my nightmare began. I was constantly in and out of the clinic due to poor fittings and being told constantly that adjustments needed to be made. After awhile the thought of taking 2-4 hours out of my day due to improper fittings just made me cringe inside. Whenever I complained I was made to feel as if there was something wrong with me and I was exarragerating the discomfort and pain I was feeling within my own mouth. What really frustrated me was the fact that I was told everything was ok and I just needed to adjust to the fit and the changes in my bone structure. The poor fittings made my gums sore and once gave me such a horrible infection that took weeks to heal. I only wore what they made for them for vanity and would take them out of my mouth as soon as I could. As a result, I ended up losing my bottom implant and had pay for an additional one. The quality of the second one was worse than the previous one. Twice I purchased the porcelain because I thought it would last longer only for it to deteriorate and crack within a year of usage. The final straw came when the second lower implant broke in half two days before the one year anniversary after having them repair the chips less then a week ago and then to be told I needed to pay $275 to have them repaired. I dread the idea of ever having to return to that place again.

Overall
