I am a BUYER of their home not a realtor who seem to usually review them, and purchased one of the most expensive homes they build in 2014. It was a continuous NIGHTMARE, and my home has smelled like sewer, developed mold, had leak and water damage issues, and over 20 inept contractors have been in my home. It took them 40 days to even figure out what the issue was, and they are going to "resolve" it this week. All the while it has cost me over 50 hours of my time dealing with them, work hours. The lost use of my basement for the entire first 45 days of my habitation. Continuous canceled plans with guests as my home smelled like sewer. Avoid working with allen edwin at all costs, we regret going the "value route" big time.
