They are always nice, always quick and on time, if there is a problem with my insurance, they always get to the bottom of it.

I used Walgreens and on 2 occasions they gave me the wrong medicine.
I switch to Polk's in Byram and I love it.. The employees are always attentive when I call and it takes just a few minutes to go in and pick up my meds. I always go to the help door to discuss my meds if I have a problem with them and Pharmacy are very professional detailing my meds.

Great customer service. I used to use Walgreens and Walmart. What a breath of fresh air using them. In and out usually within 5-10 minutes. Always helpful and very friendly!!!!

Terrible Service...Spoke to someone from State Board of Health about them. They are not following correct protocol in certain areas. They do not offer great customer service. They put responsibilities that they should do back on the customer. Chewing gum..look very unprofessional...really don't seem to care if they have your business or not, seem very unfriendly....I will be transferring all my medications to a pharmacy that acts professionally, can follow protocol, and act like they care about me!!!

there is no sense of privacy...the manager will blurt out in loud voice telling everyone what kind of medicine you have . questioning you in front of others,..how un-professional. i have heard of him doing that before , but i did witness him do the very thing...and i said to myself i'll take my business elsewhere. maybe a loss of dollars will change his arrogant attitude...people might not want everyone to hear what medicine they are taking!!!! if he has question's ...a little discretion might be nice.
