Careful getting a home loan from this place... They will promise to keep your loan, but will sell it off as soon as you sign the paperwork, also they pretty much make you use their lawyers when doing the deed paperwork, racking in more money for them. They also procrastinated severely on my paperwork holding the sellers and me up when we wanted to get things done in a timely manner, they ended up rushing everything last minute. I unfortunately worked with their loan officer Larry Forcier. Terrible Experience.
