        Very Disappointed. Had a trailer hitch installed today. When I called them before the appointment, I was made to wait on the phone for 30 minutes on hold. Was told 1.5 to 2 hours to install took more than 3.5. This was after making an appoint 4 days in advance. They made my wife ride her bike in the rain to pick it up. (we live only 3 miles away a service oriented company would have ran the car over to pick her up. Could not use a wiring harness I provided. (OK that might not have fit this car but it was clear they wanted to sell me their rather than try to make mine work.) We asked if would give a discount for paying cash and they would only give 3% (BFD) I wish I had gone to U-haul whose estimate for the same job was $100 less. But I wanted to support the local guy.
