If you need to have an x-ray/mammogram find another place. I had a perfect credit score until this poorly run business department claimed that I failed to pay a bill. I have insurance and my appointment was covered by my insurance company and the bill should have been submitted to my insurance company- isnt that why they have you fill out a million forms, make copy of your drivers license, insurance card, etc??? However, they sent me a bill for 45.00. I told them that I did not owe this amount (I had already paid the co-pay) and that they should submit it to my insurance. The said they would and I thought that was the end of it. However, the next week I then receive a letter stating that they turned over my account to a collection agency. Since I knew that this would ruin my perfect credit, I offered to pay the 45.00 if they would remove the bill from the collection agency. They said yes, I paid the 45.00 right then over the phone with a credit card- however they failed to removed
