Urgent Care Buford

There's NOTHING urgent about this Urgent Care! Today, 6/5/15 the Urgent Care Friendship had us wait from 9:05 - 10:45 before calling patient's name to have a drug/urine test administered. Do you know how long it takes for a urine test? This place is unbelievable! They take one person at a time - we had to wait through 3 physicals to have a 2 minute urine test administered. One hour and 45 minutes wait time. I couldn't believe that 4 people were working in the back but could only take one person at a time? Someone with some sense needs to reorient these people to what their jobs "could" be if they were organized and worked toward efficiency.I called, talked to two people, asked for the supervisor - he never came to the phone. Once the patient went back there, he told the patient he wasn't going to call me back, even though I had called to inquire what the problem was! What caring and concern does that show? And you want to go there when you are sick? Might as well park a hearse outside!
