Laser Resurfacing
Fractional laser resurfacing is a laser treatment that treats a fraction of the skin with the laser and leaves the surrounding skin unharmed. With these treatments, 20-40% of the skin is treated with “microthermal zones” (MTZs) of laser energy. The device creates columns of tissue heated by the laser that are about one-tenth the diameter of a hair. Skin Cancer

Skin Care
It is vital to avoid exposure to the sun and to use broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher for at least a week after the treatment. You should also avoid harsh skin care products or exfoliants for a few days.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a technique for skin refinement developed in the late 1990s. Tiny crystals of aluminum oxide are administered to the surface of the skin at a high flow rate and are then gently vacuumed off. This treatment leads to even, controlled shedding of the aged and sun-damaged skin for a smoother, more polished look. Patients say that makeup is applied easier, and they appear more youthful.
