Phil's Appliance Service

I was recommended to Phil's from Hertel Hardware & Plumbing and I'm so glad. I got a service appointment scheduled within two days and the repair on my oven was made that day. Pricing was very fair. The cost of the service call was included in the repair cost. Phil is very knowledgable and honest. I highly recommend him and will call him if we ever have another appliance that needs repair.

I called Phil's and even though he was very busy he came to my house and fixed my electric oven promptly. Phil is very personable and kind. The price was very reasonable and he explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I will not only call him again if needed but I will tell my friends about him if they need appliance work done.

Phil was referred to me by a colleague, I called to have our dryer repaired which was making all kinds of noises. He diagnosed the problem over the phone. We made arrangements for him to stop by then next day, arrived exactly on time (a rarity with any service today) he was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I called Phil's service at 5:30 Friday evening of the July 4th long weekend. He came by Sat morning and fixed my washer. That kind of service is hard to find. He was prompt, friendly and professional. His price was fair.

Phil was terrific! They got back to me and my washer was fixed in a day! Very good and inexpensive. It is nice to find someone trust!

I called Phil to fix my older model Whirlpool oven.I had no idea, but the oven was from the 1970s! Phil quickly found the part to fix my oven, and even gave me some advice on how to fix an issue with my refrigerator. He repaired my oven fully, was clean, courteous, open and honest. I would highly recommend his services, and I would not hesitate to hire him again. And by the way, I called him on a Tuesday night for an appointment, and he even managed to fit me in on the next day. Five stars.

I finally found an honest repairman. My oven wasn't working and Phil knew what was wrong before he even looked at it. They called to see if I wanted a generic part or GE. He gave me an estimate which was right on. He was running late so he gave me a courtesy call although he was here not long after. Oven is working great now and if I need appliance repaired I know who I'm calling, Phil's Appliance!
