        3 weeks, 11 calls, job still not done

        What a nightmare of a company to work with. I just wanted a simple $100 dethatching done to my lawn. I called 3 weeks ago and was told it would be done in a few days.



        2 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called, called, and called. Finally they came out this Tuesday, without calling me back. They only got through 2 rows before having to stop because of lightning, which is understandable. I was told they would finish on Wednesday but never did. After leaving several messages I was told they would finish on Friday. Guess what? No response. I have left several messages letting them know how upset I am that it hasn't been done. You would think that would get them to call but but of course not. Apparently $100 job is not big enough for them.



        3 weeks, 11 calls, only one call back and job still not done.



        Avoid this company at all costs!
