Babies R Us

I love the selection that this Baby's R Us has. Nearly all my baby girl purchases I've made here, from the crib to clothing. However, I am very disappointed with the fact that after I was told two of my ordered items arrived, that they couldn't be delivered because they couldn't find them in the system, thinking they may have been shipped to another store. According to their records the crib hadn't even left the warehouse, yet I was told that it was ready for delivery last week. Hopefully, this will be all straightened out before my little one arrives!

That's because you're probably obnoxious and rude. We don't like those kinds of people here.I've worked there and just about everyone does as much as they can to help guests!

Very poor customer service! A total disapointment!

Being a Canadian, the first time I stepped into Babies R Us superstore, was when I was in Florida. Upon my return home, the Babies R Us/ Toys R Us doesn't do it for me. There is so much more in the superstore then in our stores in Canada. Way to go. Just gives me another reason to shop in the United States. Love your quality and customer service. You guys are the best.
