Atkinson Svce

I am not one to be rude or bash any company what so ever because I have been working in customer service since 16 but this place was absolutely terrible. I'm a current college student who had their car towed here thinking that they would be helpful and kind but they were anything but. The owner and staff was so rude, cold and VERY unprofessional. I wasted/lost so much money here and I advise everyone to not make the same mistake I did. I can not speak on their auto service, I am only giving my review on there lack of customer service and professionalism. Plus they only accept cash, which is very sketchy because the second they get your money, you will never see it again. I'm sure this place was a wonderful place at a time but it's time for them to close and let customers receive quality service with a smile.
