Action Taxi & Tour Service

This was the worst nightmare!!! I come to Buffalo often for business, we use local independently owned taxis and never had nothing but great service in the past unfortunately we tried a new service due to fact our normal service we used was booked.This local taxi called action taxi was late for pick up,car was filthy driver had a bad attitude and charged about 30% more than what other taxis charged in the past.we were stuck once in the car and late for meeting.Beware of this company action taxi we give them a negative 10 on a scale of 1 thru 10.we learned the hard way hopefully this will help others so they don't have to go thru what we did.
