        I sent a package and insured it. It had stickers all over it saying "Glass - Handle With Care", "Fragile-Handle With Care" & "Insured-Breakable" but the Post Office broke it. I have had a business for 10 years and this is the second insurance claim I have had to file. At the Buda post office, the counter clerk was very rude to me and told me that I couldn't file a claim there but I had to file it on line. I had a email from my buyer and pictures of the broken item but she said I still couldn't file a claim. When I asked to speak to the Post Master, she told me he was in the hospital for 6 weeks (I didn't believe that). When I tried to file a claim on line, the message came up that I didn't purchase insurance, but I have a receipt that shows I purchased insurance!!!!!! I think they do this on purpose so they won't have to pay a claim!!!! What can I do now? Go to the Postmaster General?
