O'Reilly Auto Parts

Walked in this afternoon to get my wife's car "check engine light" coded with their DTC scanner. After asking for help the employee at the counter doesn't budge. Instead he waits for a customer to walk in so that he can help him instead. Clearly there were other employees to help the newly arrived customer. No explanation of why he did this. Turns out the customer was returning a product. I walked out. Guess what O'Reilly, you lost a customer today. No longer will I shop for auto supplies or parts at that O'Reilly.

I highly recommed this o'reilly's. The manager went out of his way to help me find what I needed. As a woman who doesn't know much about auto parts, he took the time to explain things to me.
