Feb 2013. Buckeye post office has stopped the delivery of our communities mail because of bees in the area of the mailboxes. multiple attempts have been made to correct the situation, but they continue to refuse to deliver the mail. The weather has now turned cold and the bees are gone, yet the post office continues to refuse to service its customer in our area stating that the problem is not fixed. The only way we can get our mail is to drive 12 miles one way to the post office in Buckeye and pick it up there. this has been going on for two weeks with no end in sight. Despite multiple and varied attempts by numerous individuals the post office has continued to refuse service to us. It's to the point that when a resident called the office and asked the supervisor on duty if the mail would be delivered due to the cold weather and absence of bees in the area the supervisor literally laughed at him and said "No it would not be" They are unprofessional, rude, and uncaring of others
