Yoga Sculpt classes are a total body workout incorporating hand weights and strength building exercises such as squats, lunges, abdominal and arm work. This class is done in a heated room set to energizing music and finishes with a short final relaxation so that you leave feeling calm and centered.
SPIN45
This 45-minute indoor cycling class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participation in the Spinning program will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.

45 minutes of Interval Strength Training in our FOCUS Training Studio. Each class is geared towards High Intensity Interval & metabolic strength training which leaves you burning calories all day long. Expect a Full Body workout with weights, bands, Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes and more. All Levels welcomed, great for beginners. Sign Up in advance is encouraged.

Burn IT! (Spin30/TRX Circuit 30)
Spend 60 minutes BURNING IT with 30 minutes of hard core spinning and 30 minutes with a full body conditioning interval circuit workout that includes TRX. This class will leave you feeling energized, sweaty and burning calories all day long. Come Sweat with us.

A 60 minute class offering the standard 26 Bikram poses in a faster paced sequence this class will be heated between 105° and 107° at 50% humidity. All levels are welcomed. Join us in our newly updated Studio B.

RePose Yoga - A Cancer Specific Class
FFML is proud to have been offering this 100% Donations class since we opened our doors in the fall of 2008. Yoga developed to renew and restore the body and mind, during and after cancer. The RePose class is taught by FFML instructors, Karen Gagnier and Donna Wilson. Both are certified by Om Women Cancer Survivors (WCS) and both are cancer survivors themselves. This class is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30pm – 2:45pm offered specifically when our studio is quieter with no other scheduled classes. This way, Focus Fitness can offer a thriving & supportive environment where the RePose participants are welcomed and nurtured so that they can reduce their anxiety and focus on their healing. Although classes are free of charge, donations are encouraged; your support directly goes to The Wellness Community and LBBC.

TRX
What is Suspension Training? TRX Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged body weight exercise. Safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose. Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX exercises allow for the use of multiple planes of motion and work multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and the TRX forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus the TRX is fun and different and we promise you won't be bored. Space is limited! Pre-Registration HIGHLY recommended.

If you are looking to build long, lean muscles with ballet based movements this is the class for you. Define and strengthen your body in this unique and challenging workout that targets your arms, abs, hips, gluts and thighs. HOT Yoga Boot Camp
Join Abbie for a NEW 60 minute HOT yoga class with Barefoot Boot Camp moves mixed into the asanas. Imagine if Yoga and Boot Camp got married, had a baby, and the baby taught a class. All your favorite metabolic burning moves mixed into one class on your mat. Start with 4 minutes of sun sals and take it from there. Abbie will be on her mat practicing with you. Get a full body workout, while testing your endurance, strength, and moving through asanas all at the same time. Sometimes you never know what you are capable of until you try. This class is recommended for those with a regular vinyasa practice, ability to stand, to be active in a heated room, and frequent boot camp classes. YeS+ Class
One of the most unique offerings at Focus Fitness is the combination "Spinning and yoga" class know as the Yes class; a combination of the intense cardio of indoor cycling, followed by the meditative and restorative element of yoga. The Yes+ Class consists of 45 minutes of spinning and 30 minutes of yoga. No prior cycling or yoga experience is required.
Boot Camp
Boot Camp classes are anaerobic training, high energy, fun filled, motivating workouts. These Boot Camps will incorporate all different formats such as HIIT training, plyometrics training, AMRAP's, and Tabatas. All Levels welcomed.

The ALS Association is a nonprofit organization that raises money for research and patient services, promotes awareness about and advocates in state and federal government on issues related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Buti Yoga
Buti Yoga fuses power yoga, cardio intensive tribal dance, primal movements and plyometrics, resulting in a class experience that challenges the mind and body. Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique and core engagement to sculpt the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen our entire body. This practice is designed to awaken your feminine energy (yes men are welcome- we all have feminine energy!) and help you come into your power as an individual and a member of your community.
