U.S. Pizza Co.

It's US Pizza. The place is nice, the food is good, but the service at this new Bryant store needs to be addressed. The last three times we've been, there has been an obvious struggle about whose table it was. And not in a good way. We always end up waiting for a server to show up. THEN the service is hit-or-miss. There are a few great servers there, but there are a LOT of servers standing around doing nothing, also.



The food is the same great food that all of the US Pizza's serve. Great selection of pizzas, salads, and sandwiches. I just had the Sunday brunch and $2 Mimosa, and must say US Pizza makes breakfast as well as they make the rest. The new place is beautiful with nice brick work and a waterfall. The inside is big, but does fill up, and the bar is just, awkward.



It's still fairly new, so hopeully, something happens with the service.

I called in a large salad and bread sticks. Was told 10 mins so I arrived accordingly. I sat in their pick up for 50 minutes before reaching the window. Once there I was greeted extemely rudely. I paid and was told to pull forward. I sat for 39 minutes and change because at this point I broke out the stop watch. Finally 1 hour and 27 minutes after I initially ordered, I received my food only to find the sauces spilled all in the bag, and my large supreme salad downgraded to the small fresh garden salad. I knew if I went inside to change it I wouldn't be able to keep my cool. Current waiting 29 minutes for the manager to return my call. Steer clear of this place if you value time, service, or quality.

Very disappointing. We reserved a room almost a month ago with specific instructions of how we would like the room set up. We called again the night before to make sure it would be set up. No problem. The room was not set up as we had requested, which created some problems for us. The service was slow, they kept getting orders mixed up, some people just ate what they got because they waited so long. Almost impossible to get drink refills, and it was a long time getting our food. The waitress told us her manager told her to turn in one order at a time. We had a room of about 40 people and two waitresses who didn't have a clue. Some people were way overcharged and some were undercharged. We never saw a ticket, they just rang it up when you got there. One lady called her order in and she was one of the last to get served.. It may be ok for 2-4 people, but I would not recommend it for a group. We will not go back.

This place knows what they are doing. They hire great managers. I had a concern about my order once I arrived. The managers immediately handled it and made me feel like i was the most important customer! I will eat there again! Great Pizza!
