Stopped by to see if they had some Wellers for a friend who was having difficulty finding it anywhere. He asked me to keep an eye open for some. Holiday had some sent him a message to see if he was still in need. Didn’t hear back right away so I bought two bottles for him. While checking out he called to tell me he found some and didn’t need any more. I asked the clerk if I could get credit since he called while I was still standing there. He made a call and informed me that no he couldn’t even though I hadn’t left the store. I trade with Holiday quite often, however going forward they will not see me darken their door EVER again. Thanks for the customer service memory.
