We had this company come in to clean our ice machine. While he was here he wandered over to our two condensers for our walk-in and bar coolers. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for him to be in the area of the basement. Shockingly, one week later one of our condensers quits. They come in and replace it. Shockingly, one week later, the other condenser quits. WHAT A COINCIDENCE! They replace that one as well. After replacing that condenser, they tell us that no more than a year from then we will need to replace our bar coolers, at a cost of about $10,000. Shockingly, ten months later the condenser for the bar coolers quits???????? We had someone else come in to repair it. He showed us how the condenser was installed, and where the problem was. Shockingly, it would appear that it was installed to FAIL. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT TO FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
