        Nice staff, met all my storage needs. Rented a 10x10. It was very easy, just needed it for a month. Bought my mattress bags there too.

        We were advised to drop our trailer off at Storage Perfect after moving to Colorado. The 'gentleman' who worked there approached us and told us they weren't accepting out of state trailers. We proceeded to tell him our contract with uhaul stated we had to bring the trailer to their facility. The man then stated "I don't care." Hmmmm....what happened to customer service....like, We're full and can't fit your trailer, but let me help you find another facility? Apparently, they don't need business!

        I reserved a U-Haul truck a full month in advance and, just a few days before I was to pick up my truck, Dom called me and told me he didn't have the truck available anymore. What?! Isn't that what my credit card reservation was for?!Dom pretty much didn't care AT ALL. He told me that he was rejecting the reservation and kicking it back to U-Haul so it would be their problem (basically, my problem).These guys stink. ZERO customer service, zero help, zero compassion, zero stars. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
