Ison's Nursery & Vineyard

Was very disappointed. I ordered trees that were priced for a 4-5 foot tree. Was told that credit card would not be charged until the trees were shipped. Instead they put charge through one day later. When I called they told me they normally charge if the trees would be shipped in the same month so I expected to receive mine in December since i ordered during the first week of that month. When they did not arrive I called and was told they were getting ready to dig trees and it would be about a week before they would ship. After another 2 weeks and no trees I called again to be told by the owner that shipping had been delayed because of freezing weather but he was going to pick out some of his best trees and go ahead and ship out the next day. Three days later my trees arrived with dry roots and the tallest one out of 11 trees was about 31/2 foot tall with the majority being 2-21/2 foot tall, Way shorter than the 4-5 foot I was expecting and when I called I was told that those were the best they had and if i wanted anything more than that he "couldn't help me". My advice don't order expecting to get what you pay for because that was not my experience.
