        Bought (2) unlocked phones. Started having comparability issues and discovered phones were designed for networks in the Caribbean. Not designed for use in the USA. Took phones back and explained the problem and the owner flat out refused to acknowledge any fault on his part. While it is perfectly legal to sell international phones in the United States. The seller must disclose the origin of the phone to the consumer. No mention was ever made.
